404 Advisors ("we," "us") builds websites, ads, and lead follow-up systems for local businesses in Houston, TX. This policy explains what information we collect on 404advisors.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, cell phone number, and email address
- Your business name, trade, service area, and website
- Your average job size, if you choose to share it
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use.
How we use it
- To run your audit and send you the report
- To contact you about your request by email, phone, or text
- To understand which of our ads and pages are working, so we can improve them
We never sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the service providers that help us run the site, and only so they can do that job. These include our form provider (Formspree), our web host (Netlify), our email provider (Google Workspace), and Meta (Facebook), as described below.
Facebook (Meta) Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as page visits and form submissions. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile phone number through a form on this site, or text us first, we may send you text messages about your request, including your free lead audit, follow-up questions, and appointment scheduling and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us, email nikki@404advisors.com.
Children
Our services are for businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
