These terms cover your use of 404advisors.com and any services you buy from 404 Advisors ("we," "us"), a Houston, TX business. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We build websites, ads, and lead follow-up and reactivation systems for local businesses. Each paid engagement is described in a written proposal or agreement — that document controls the scope, price, and timeline. If these terms and a signed proposal ever conflict, the proposal wins.
Free lead audit
Our free lead audit is an assessment of your current lead follow-up, delivered within 24 hours of your request. It is our opinion based on the information you provide and what we can observe publicly. It is not a guarantee of any outcome.
No guaranteed results
Marketing involves factors outside our control. We do not promise specific revenue, lead counts, booked appointments, rankings, or return on ad spend. Any examples or numbers we share describe past situations, not promises about yours.
Payment
Paid work is billed as described in your proposal — project fees, monthly retainers, or both. Monthly services renew each month until either side cancels with written notice as described in the proposal. You are responsible for any third-party costs (ad spend, software, phone numbers) unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
To do good work we need your help: timely access to the accounts and information we ask for, honest answers about your business, and feedback when we send drafts. Delays on your side can move timelines.
Text messaging program
404 Advisors offers a text messaging program for people who contact us through 404advisors.com or our free lead audit page. If you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send you text messages about your request, including delivery of your free lead audit, follow-up questions about your business, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about our services.
How you sign up: by submitting a form on this website that includes your mobile phone number, or by texting us first at (346) 346-0131. By doing so, you agree to receive text messages from 404 Advisors at that number.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a small number of messages related to their request.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
